Long School Marketplace is one of the newest retail entries into the downtown Omaha area.  Located at the intersection of North 24th and Hamilton Streets, the Marketplace consists of:
  • a 22,740 sq. ft. retail strip completed in the summer of 2005
  • one pad site (1.40 acres) with an available build-to-suit option and
  • one anchor site (2.85 acres) also available for build-to-suit.
This mini-mall type setting has excellent street-level visibility.   There is regular foot, city bus and automobile traffic.  Additionally, North 24th Street is slated for significant residential and economic development within the next 5-7 years, including the construction of market-rate condominiums and mixed-use business facilities in its immediate vicinty.

The North Omaha area has been undergoing significant revitalization that has increased the number of rooftops within easy walking distance of the Marketplace.  The mall can be easily accessed from the Interstate and Cuming Street.  Creighton University is also located within five blocks of the mall.

This commercial space is an excellent location for just about any type of retail business.  Available units would be ideal for a professional office, coffee shop, hair salon, antique dealer, insurance agent, clothing store, deli/convenient food store, training center, retail/wholesale store, flower shop, dance studio, spa, gift shop, art shop etc..

The property is well lit and maintained by an excellent management company. The building consists of a steel structure with a beautiful block exterior that is nicely landscaped.
